The Worst Blogger Ever!! That’s me, I’m the worst blogger ever…

Just logged in and realized I haven’t added a word to this blog since 2019. Yikes!! I suck at this!! Too much has happened since 2019 to backtrack, but we can start with 2025 and see how that goes.

January didn’t start the year off great. Our Ellie girl was injured. We spent many days at the Vet’s office, went through surgery on her hip, and she’s finally on the mend. Now, if that hair would just grow back…

February was filled with Birthdays and cold weather. We also added a new addition to the farm, Jolene. She was found on the road and no one has claimed her. Our plan was to foster her until her owner was found, but that hasn’t happened. For now, she’s soaking up the sun at the Shelton Farm.

March included an amazing girls’ trip to Isla Bella in Marathon FL. Our trip was jam-packed with Kayaking the mangroves, a trip to Key West to see the sunset, and plenty of relaxation.

March also brought a job change for me. I’ve moved to First Federal Mortgage.

What else? Oh, Sewing, lots of sewing. At least for me. Tim is always busy taking care of the animals and Carlie is in her last year of Law School. Graduation is just around the corner and we couldn’t be prouder.

Also started a quilt… Here are a few pics in progress.

Well, that wraps up the 1st quarter of 2025. Let’s see how long it takes me to blog again lol!!
